Fit for Life is a small group functional fitness program designed to enhance your mental, physical, and social well-being.

workouts that mirror real-life movements. Each session integrates training
for strength, balance, flexibility, agility, and coordination, while also
incorporating activities that promote cognitive health, memory, and mental focus in a supportive, community-driven environment.
